Dr. Bahati Hilda Sabiti is a global executive trainer, transformational speaker and brand & business strategist, passionate about equipping leaders, entrepreneurs and purpose-driven people to build their voice, their brand and their business.

With over a decade of experience leading teams and empowering entrepreneurs, she serves as Executive Trainer at Beyond Success by John Maxwell, and as Team Leader and HR Manager at Spirit Media Group, home to Spirit TV, Spirit FM, Spirit Events and Spirit Media Hub, where she hosts The Bahati Show.

Her own journey of building authority and self-worth from the ground up shaped the two books she has since written, Deliberately Selfish and Tears on My Pillow, and became the foundation for the mentorship, strategy and speaker development work she now leads through the Accelerated Mentorship Academy, which has graduated multiple cohorts of "Trailblazers" equipped to lead, build and communicate with more authority than they arrived with.

Her philanthropic initiatives support widows, orphans and women recovering from gender-based violence, helping them rebuild their lives with dignity and sustainability.
